The Lady Bulldogs wrapped up back to back district championships with a victory over OD Wyatt Friday night. Friday night was also Senior Night as a couple managers were recognized as well as two Bulldogs playing their final games here at Trimble Tech! The Lady Bulldogs will travel to Western Hills Tuesday night to hopefully wrap up an undefeated District Record as they get ready for the Bi-district Play-offs February 12th or 13th. As soon as that information is confirmed I will update here as well as post another story.
Courtney Paige Willis is majoring in HST and currently has a GPA of 3.5. Courtney plans are to attend Texas Southern University majoring in biology. After college she will continue her education in medical school in hoping of becoming a forensic pathologist. She has obtained he CPR and OSHA certifications while here at Tech.
Isis Destiny Miller is majoring in fashion design with a GPA of 4.2 and a class rank of 10th. Isis has been in many organizations such as: National Honor Society, basketball, volleyball, Girl’s Inc., bible study, and many more. Her plans after graduation will be pursing her dream of fashion design at the University of North Texas. After she graduates from college, her goal is to own her own business with her own clothing design, style, and model for celebrities.
Destonee Rainey is majoring in business and her current GPA is 3.5. She plans to attend TSU or SFA where she will study psychology. Destonee leaves the team with “To my team, remember to always keep God 1st, and your books 2nd. I love you guys, continue working hard I’m always a call away.”
Sha’Kira Williams is majoring in Health Science Technology with a 3.7 GPA. Her plans are to attend one of three universities: TCU, Sam Houston State University, or Angelo State University where she will study Kinesiology in hoping to become a sports physical therapist as we as a strength and conditioning coach. Sha’Kira leaves the team with telling her teammates that a team is many hands and one mind. Work hard to produce success, but remain humble to keep respect.
