After a break, for the 4th of July, summer strength and conditioning is set to start back up Monday July 13th. Student Athletes need to make sure to check with their individual coaches to check out specifics in regards to times and days. There are a few things that you will need as a few things have changed. 1) Athletes will still be required to bring their own water/water bottles as before. There will be no sharing of water/water bottles. 2) Face masks are now required at time of check in, masks must be worn at times (to include check in with coaches) when they are not actively working out. 3) If you have not already done so, all students participating must sign the “Return to Activity Form” on Rankonesports.com which can be done by clicking on this link –> Return to Activity Form – Link . If you have already filled this form out once, you dont need to do so again, if you have not done so and/or will be going to strength and conditioning for the first time this form needs to be filled out. Again please check with your coaches in regards to what sports are working out when likewise so they know who has what forms, coaches are responsible for making sure forms have been completed, pre-screening questions and checking student athletes temperatures from this point forward.
