Bulldogs News · Trimble Tech Student Athletes are five of six TCU Community Scholars, one being Tech’s first Chancellor’s Scholar!


Trimble Tech has a history of having our students receive the TCU Community Scholarship, which is students earn a full-tuition scholarship to TCU through their academics and commitment to the school and our community. A first this year is one of our students received the Chancellor’s Scholar! That young lady is Nayeli Santamaria who has worked a couple years as a student trainer in the past and has continued wrestling for Coach Homer and will competing in the District Meet April 10th. Angela and Aurora Hernandez both played volleyball under Coach Rudolf and were on varsity, I believe for three years, and were on the team to get the first play-off win in program history! Maritza Santos is a member of the softball team under Coach Thomas, as it is a family tradition, she is the third sister to come through the softball program. Emelin Soto also played soccer in here high school career under Coach Alexander. Congratulations to all these Student Athletes to receive full rides to TCU for all your hard work and dedication. Also a congratulations to Stephanie Vazquez as well, Trimble Tech is very proud of all of you and wish you the best in your adventures at TCU. We look forward to seeing what your futures hold!
